Artist / Steven Tang Tsz Chun

Steven Tang (b. 1999) is a self-taught artist who was born and raised in Hong Kong. After completing his university studies, he established his personal brand and art studio, Steven Tang Studio. Tang is also the official Hong Kong Brand Ambassador for the renowned Swiss art supply brand, Caran d'Ache. His artworks were completely sold out during the Art Central 2023 exhibition.

Despite having no formal art training, Tang's passion for art has allowed him to develop his skills through self-study. He primarily uses wood colours, pastels, and oil paints to create local realistic paintings that are both artistic and lifelike, leaving a lasting impression on viewers. Tang's food paintings, which are characterised by delicate and highly realistic brushstrokes, have gained a following and are widely collected due to their unique local flavour.

Particularly in Hong Kong locally, his work has garnered widespread attention and become a favourite of many art enthusiasts and collectors.
